Acceptance of terms

By using Tách Nhạc you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Tách Nhạc provides audio separation and removal tools (vocals, instrumentals, stems…). The service is provided "as is"; result quality depends on the source file and the density of the mix.

We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

Content and copyright responsibility

You are responsible for the files and links you provide. Only separate content you have the right to use.

Separation is a technical tool and grants you no rights over the original work. Commercial use of separated results must comply with the copyright of the work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to harm the system (e.g. excessive automation or infrastructure attacks).

Anti-abuse and multiple accounts

The Tách Nhạc system does not allow creating multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits. We run undisclosed monitoring based on device, IP address, and other signals; if abuse is detected, we may take appropriate action without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tách Nhạc is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
